Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BFEAI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility (18+ Only)
The Service is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to terminate the account and delete associated data.
3. Description of Service
BFEAI provides AI-powered keyword research, visibility analysis, business intelligence tools, reporting systems, and related services ("Service").
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
4. Subscription & Billing
4.1 Introductory Offer
We may offer a $1 introductory 7-day subscription.
At checkout, you will be clearly informed of:
- The full subscription price after the introductory period
- The billing frequency
- That the subscription renews automatically
- The date your subscription converts
- How to cancel
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel before the end of the introductory period:
- Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the then-current rate.
- Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
4.3 Renewal Reminder
We will send a reminder email prior to your first full-price charge informing you of:
- The upcoming charge date
- The amount to be charged
- Instructions for cancellation
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by:
- Logging into your account
- Navigating to Account Settings
- Clicking "Cancel Subscription"
Cancellation is effective immediately upon confirmation.
Refunds: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, any unused credits will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. For example, if you have used 150 of 300 credits, 50% of that month's subscription fee will be refunded. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Credits rolled over from previous billing periods are non-refundable.
4.5 Refund Policy
If you are charged after the introductory period and believe it was unintended, you may contact support within 48 hours of the charge for review.
Refunds beyond this period are at our discretion.
4.6 Price Changes
We may modify subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will receive notice before changes apply.
5. Account Deletion
To permanently delete your account:
- Go to Account Settings
- Scroll to "Danger Zone"
- Click "Delete Account"
- Enter password
- Type "DELETE" to confirm
Upon confirmation:
- Your account and personally identifiable data are permanently deleted
- Reports, profiles, and stored files are removed
- Active Stripe subscriptions are cancelled immediately
- Security logs are anonymized and retained only in aggregate form
Deletion is irreversible.
6. User Content & License
You retain ownership of content you submit.
You grant BFEAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, analyze, and display submitted content solely to:
- Provide the Service
- Improve functionality
- Maintain security
We retain ownership of:
- Platform software
- Generated outputs
- Aggregated and anonymized analytics
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws
- Upload unlawful content
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with system integrity
8. Third-Party Providers
We use third-party providers including:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Supabase (database and storage)
- AI processing providers (e.g., OpenAI and others)
Your data may be processed by these providers to deliver the Service. A complete list of sub-processors is maintained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability & Performance
9.1 Uptime Commitment
BFEAI targets 99.9% monthly uptime for the Service, measured as the percentage of minutes in a calendar month during which the Service is available and operational.
Scheduled maintenance (announced at least 24 hours in advance) is excluded from uptime calculations.
9.2 Service Credits
If BFEAI fails to meet the 99.9% monthly uptime target, affected subscribers may request service credits:

To request a credit, contact support@bfeai.com within 30 days of the affected month. Credits are applied to future billing cycles and do not exceed 50% of the monthly subscription fee. Credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for failure to meet uptime targets.
9.3 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is." The Company does not guarantee specific business results, rankings, revenue increases, or performance outcomes.
Uptime commitments in Section 9.1 are service targets, not guarantees. Force majeure events, third-party provider outages, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control are excluded.
10. Support
10.1 Support Channels
BFEAI provides technical support via:

10.2 Support Response Times

Response times are measured during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
10.3 Support SLA Credits
If BFEAI fails to meet the Critical or High priority first response times on more than two occasions in a single calendar month, affected subscribers may request a service credit equal to 10% of the monthly subscription fee for that month.
To request a credit, contact support@bfeai.com within 30 days of the affected month.
11. Monitoring & Incident Communication
11.1 System Monitoring
BFEAI monitors system health and availability through automated health check endpoints and external uptime monitoring services.
11.2 Incident Communication
In the event of a service disruption:
- BFEAI will notify affected users via email when a disruption is identified
- Status updates will be provided until the issue is resolved
- A post-incident summary will be shared for significant outages
11.3 Security Incident Notification
Security incidents involving personal data are handled in accordance with the Data Breach Notification provisions in our Privacy Policy, including notification within 72 hours of confirmation.
12. Licensing
12.1 License Type
BFEAI is offered as a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. No perpetual licenses are available.
12.2 License Duration
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
12.3 License Scope
Each subscription is licensed to a single individual user. Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared between individuals.
12.4 Usage Restrictions
You may not:
- Share login credentials with other individuals
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
- Use the Service for purposes that compete directly with BFEAI
12.5 Audit Rights
BFEAI reserves the right to audit usage for compliance with subscription terms. If an audit reveals unauthorized use (e.g., credential sharing, exceeding licensed seats), BFEAI may require the subscriber to purchase additional licenses or terminate the account.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
International consumers may retain mandatory rights under local law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
